The way it's figured in the inflation rate, it's really a 50% DECREASE, because this year's technology is that much better than last year's. That's how the entire electronics category that they use in calculating the inflation rate shows that we're just paying a little over 1% of what we were paying for electronics way back in 1998......

I voted for Carter twice, because I felt the Iraq situation was not his fault. In Biden's case, we can't say that.
